Return & Compensation Policy

  • Return Guarantee (Something You Did Not Expect): We offer an open-ended return guarantee allowing you to return the product until the expiry date printed on the packaging label, which is 10 years — and although pure honey has no true expiry date, we respect our customers’ expectations and grant you this right. If you have kept the products in the condition you received them, unopened, and ten years later you decide to return them, we welcome you and assure you of a full refund with the utmost willingness, as long as the product’s validity is still active.
  • In Case of Dissatisfaction:
    If you receive your shipment and are not satisfied for any reason, we fully understand and support your right to return it, provided it is in its original conditioninside the box, with the seal unbroken and packaging intact — as any damage may prevent it from being resold, which harms us and is certainly not in your interest either.
  • Compensation Process:
    Once our team confirms receipt of the shipment in undamaged and resalable condition, the automated banking system will return your funds to the same payment card used at the time of purchase. This process on our end is immediate, however the funds reaching the beneficiary’s account may be swift or may take several days — a delay that is not acceptable to us but is beyond our control, as it is subject to the policies of the financial intermediary. We do assure you that the financial intermediary is excellent, its services are fast and efficient, and delays are unlikely, God willing.
  • Return Costs:
    Since delivery to the customer is free, and our products are among the rarest and highest in quality, produced with great effort, and yet priced far below market value — almost as gifts, and since returns are voluntary with no reasons required, return shipping costs are to be borne by the valued customer.
  • In Case of Shipment Damage:
    Our products are shipped with the highest packaging and protection standards as you can see, and the carrier is committed to quality standards for fast and safe delivery. However, should there be any breakage or leakage of the package contents upon delivery, we strongly recommend refusing to accept it from the delivery agent and providing a statement of the reason for refusal so that it may be recorded in your favor, enabling us to refund your money immediately upon inspection of the damage — as we know your integrity would not allow you to return a damaged package due to potential error or negligence by anyone else once it is in your possession and you have signed for its receipt, at which point it falls outside our responsibility.
